Steps of stone grinding and polishing

1 common cleaning--Use the neutral detergent to conduct a thorough cleaning, especially the polluted places, after cleaning up, 

then use the water to brush the cleaner and dirty up

2.open sew, patch sew--use 0.2mm thin diamond crack blades to open the seam, and remove the seam stains, then fill the seam 

with the marble glue, seamless treatment is to make the stone achieve a sense of whole and increase

 the extent of stone beauty.

3. Rough grinding--Rough grinding is to remove the scratch on the stone surface and make the joint smooth.( use 50#, 100#, 200# to make rough grinding)

4. Fine polishing--Fine polishing is to eliminate marks left after rough grinding, make the stone recover the luster again.( use 400# 800#, 1500#,3000# for fine polishing)

5. Crystallization--when the stone dry after fine polishing, use the stone compound together with polishing machines and mat, 

it is evenly penetrated into gaps and solidified to highly intensity and resilient transparent protection layer, 

 it can improve  the stone surface brightness, hardness and strength, anti-wear(use buff pad)

6. Final result--After crystallization treatment, the stone surface contains hard titanium particles, the crystal face is a 

hundred times more rigid than common crystal compound doses, meanwhile it has effects of slop proof, 

anti-fouling, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc.
